In the early 2000s Olga Ruan started working in a Mexican restaurant called "Mi Lupita", which is currently "Hacienda Ruan", she worked for about 10 years in this restaurant, suddenly she gave herself the opportunity to buy this business. Olga spoke with her husband Juan Ruan, current owner of Hacienda Ruan, about the possibility of buying and starting a new adventure.
Juan and Olga have worked in the hospitality industry for many decades They decided to merge their combined experience and recipes from the family to convert the business known as Hacenda Ruan, which is located in the heart of Broadway in the city of Long Beach, bringing its neighborhood an authentic and traditional Mexican food to its customers for about 10 years.
